WARRANTY
Each piece of jewellery from Pieces of Silver comes with a 12 month warranty against defects.
REFUNDS
What if I change my mind about a piece once I receive it?
In order to make your choices as informed as possible we attempt to provide clear pictures and information regarding each piece of jewellery. If, however, you are not happy with an item when it arrives we will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price, minus postage costs.
If you decide to return the piece:
Firstly contact us via email - within 14 days of the item being shipped - to inform us of your decision and whether you want a refund or exchange. If you choose an exchange, include the code number of the new piece so that we can set it aside for you.
We will send you a return message acknowledging your email. Within 7 days of this message, post the item to us in the same or comparable packaging and in the same condition as it was sent to you. Return postage in this instance is at your expense. The decision to insure the item is yours. However, we do not accept responsibility until the package has been delivered to us.
Provided the item’s condition is as new, refunds will be processed within 2 working days of the package being delivered to us.
Provided the item’s condition is as new, exchanges will be processed within 2 working days of the package being delivered to us or within 2 days of the payment of postage costs and any additional costs related to a more expensive replacement item, whichever happens last.

What if the piece is damaged when I recieve it or it is different to how it looked or was described?
If the piece is not as it looked or as it was described by us:
Firstly contact us via email within 14 days of the item being shipped.
We will send you a return message acknowledging your email. Within 7 days of this message, post the item to us in the same or comparable packaging and in the same condition as it was in when it arrived. Return postage in this instance is at our expense.
If the item is able to be replaced with an identical one we will do this within 2 working days of us receiving the package.
If the item cannot be replaced we will attempt to repair it as soon as possible after receiving the package.
If the item is not able to be repaired we will notify you as soon as possible.
If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, inform us - via email - within a further 7 days whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another piece. If the new piece is less than the price of the returned one, we will refund the difference and send the new piece within 2 working days. If the new piece is more than the old, we will send the new piece within 2 working days of the difference being received.
